Payment methods

HostingBuY supports payments for services in the currencies and methods shown during checkout. Available methods can vary by country, billing currency, service and payment provider.

Card and online payments

Where enabled, card or online payments are processed through the payment provider shown during checkout. The provider may perform fraud, authentication or regulatory checks before confirming the transaction.

Bank transfer

Bank transfer may be available in selected currencies, including USD, EUR and CHF. The invoice or checkout instructions will provide the correct beneficiary and payment reference. Customers should use only the bank details shown for the relevant invoice or official HostingBuY payment instructions.

Currency and fees

The order summary shows the billing currency. The Customer’s bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate, intermediary-bank fee or transfer charge. Such external fees are not controlled by HostingBuY.

Payment confirmation

Services that require advance payment are activated only after the payment has been received or confirmed and any required verification checks have completed. Bank transfers can require additional processing time.

Security

Never send complete card credentials, passwords or other sensitive authentication information by e-mail or contact form. If payment instructions appear suspicious, verify them through the official HostingBuY contact details before sending funds.
